LED lights in a Union Street Underpass

The Columbia Gateway Urban Renewal Agency just awarded contracts last Monday allowing the installation of LED lights behind the glass bricks in one Union Street underpass.

Though the plan was already created years ago, the project didn't push through due to the high costs of LED light installation at that time. Today, however, the cost is more than 70% lower.
